This premium heart rate strap transmits real-time heart rate data over ANT+® connectivity and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy technology, giving you more options to train indoors, outdoors or even online. With it, you’ll be able to consistently receive accurate heart rate on your Garmin device, in online training apps such as Zwift or even the compatible fitness equipment in your favourite class at the gym. So however you like to train, you’ll get the accurate, real-time heart rate you need to take your performance to the next level.
Comfort and Convenience
HRM-Dual features a soft strap that is comfortable and adjustable. Simply remove the heart rate module, and it’s washable, too. And don’t worry about running out of juice. The battery lasts for up to 3.5 years.

Signature on Delivery
To ensure safe delivery of your order, you will be required to sign for your parcel. We suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel during business hours such as a business address if you are not going to be home.
If the value of your parcel is less than $400 you may nominate for the parcel to be left in a safe location at your address, however, delivery will be at your risk once we have dispatched your order. All orders over $400 must be signed for upon delivery.
If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, a calling card will be left to let you know where to collect your parcel, typically the local post office.
Delivery Area
We ship our range of products to all corners of Australia using Australia Post . You’ll be provided with a tracking number for your order so you can see the progress of your delivery.
Most products can be shipped to street addresses and PO Boxes with the exception of some heavy and/or large items from the fitness equipment category.
Please note, we do not ship outside of Australia.

Change of Mind Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our change of mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the items must not have been turned on, worn and/or personal data entered. It must also be in the original, complete, undamaged packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, Gift Cards and Downloadable Products can not be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping costs of the replacement product.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty Product Returns
If the product is faulty please contact us first. Many minor issues can be resolved with some simple troubleshooting. Faulty product returns require an authorisation number to be allocated prior to return.
If a return is approved due to a faulty product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
