Make sure your device is compatible with this product before purchasing.
To view and use the maps on this card, you must have a device with a microSD/SD card slot. Maps on microSD/SD cards cannot be copied or viewed on a computer.
This product may be unlocked and used on 1 device. If you want to use this same map on subsequent devices you must purchase a new map for each device.
Reduced price map updates are not available for these cards. If you want to update the maps, you must purchase a new card that includes the latest map data.
Please note, these full-version maps do not contain premium content such as Lane Assist and junction view. These features only are available on the preloaded maps within your device or through a specific update for the mapping region of your device.
The microSD/SD card package includes a microSD card and an SD card adapter.

Signature on Delivery
To ensure safe delivery of your order, you will be required to sign for your parcel. We suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel during business hours such as a business address if you are not going to be home.
If the value of your parcel is less than $400 you may nominate for the parcel to be left in a safe location at your address, however, delivery will be at your risk once we have dispatched your order. All orders over $400 must be signed for upon delivery.
If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, a calling card will be left to let you know where to collect your parcel, typically the local post office.
Delivery Area
We ship our range of products to all corners of Australia using Australia Post . You’ll be provided with a tracking number for your order so you can see the progress of your delivery.
Most products can be shipped to street addresses and PO Boxes with the exception of some heavy and/or large items from the fitness equipment category.
Please note, we do not ship outside of Australia.

Change of Mind Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our change of mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the items must not have been turned on, worn and/or personal data entered. It must also be in the original, complete, undamaged packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, Gift Cards and Downloadable Products can not be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping costs of the replacement product.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty Product Returns
If the product is faulty please contact us first. Many minor issues can be resolved with some simple troubleshooting. Faulty product returns require an authorisation number to be allocated prior to return.
If a return is approved due to a faulty product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Compatible Maps Update for 2013 European Car Garmin Satnav System
I admit I took the gamble that this updated Garmin City Navigator Australian/NZ maps card would work in a 2013 European car's Garmin satnav system. I shouldn't have worried as it turned out - it was compatible (in the case of an Aston Martin system anyway). While lacking some of the bells and whistles of the factory card (lane assist, junction view, etc), all the essentials, such as spoken voice directions for turns, street names and roundabout guidance work well. In addition, features such as Points Of Interest, have been updated along with the current maps. Just remove the old SD card, insert the new one, turn the satnav on and follow the prompts to activate the new maps. Please note: If, after turning the satnav off and back on again, the screen displays a "No Maps" message or similar, don't stress. Leave the satnav on, then simply remove and then reinsert the card. You should find that the system will now function correctly from then on (no idea why, but it worked for me). Updating the maps every couple of years will necessitate the purchase of a current City Navigator card from Darren at Sports Watches Australia, however, if you have a Garmin system, I suspect this is a far more reasonably priced option than a visit to the spare parts desk at a car dealership.

Great, except we have to remove it when starting the vehicle as the head unit doesn't work while installed, but after the head unit starts then we can install the map and it works great.
